Arthur "Cowboy" L. Moore's Obituary
Arthur Lincoln "Cowboy" Moore, 69, of East Alton passed away Sunday, December 29, 2019 at St. Anthony's Hospital in Alton.
He was born June 23, 1950 in Belle County, TX.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Jean (Scott) Moore of East Alton; daughter, Laura J. Ottwell of East Alton; son, Kyle Dean Carter of East Alton; brother, Larry Paul Moore of Rushville; and a friend who was like a sister, Diane Eunice.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Moore; mother, Vivian (Lawrence) McCloud; his first wife, Dorothy Moore and eight siblings.
Cremation services entrusted to Paynic Home for Funerals in Rosewood Heights.
