Billy Dean Staggs, Jr, of Alton, IL passed away Sunday, February 11, 2024 in his home.

He was born to Billy and Virginia "Ginger" (Foster) Staggs on January 19, 1983 in Alton, IL. Billy was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Alton, IL. He was a very pure, sweet and giving person.

Billy is survived by his parents: Billy and Ginger Staggs; 3 sisters: Candida Chappee (Kyle Harris), April Staggs (Shawn Stiles) and Roxanne McDonald; 2 nieces; Domenique (Justin) Swank, Claire Chappee; a nephew: Samuel McDonald; a great nephew: Sawyor Swank; many aunts, uncles, cousins; and a great friend; Julie Evens.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents; Owen and Maymie Foster and James and Georgia Staggs.

In lieu of Flowers, the family is asking for memorial donations to be made to NAMI in Billy's name.

A visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until the time of service at 6:00 pm, Friday, February 16, 2024 at Paynic Home for Funerals in Rosewood Heights, IL
