East Alton—Bonnie Sue Bergmann, 71, passed away at 5:05 p.m. Sunday, November 22, 2020 at Alton Memorial Rehabilitation and Health Care in Alton.

Born July 23, 1949 in Alton, she was a daughter of Harry and Vera (Miller) Noel.

Bonnie enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandkids.  She also spent time with many dear friends.  She liked being outdoors enjoying nature, and she really loved her dog, a Yorkie names Louie.

Survivors include a daughter, Kim (Michael) Swarringin of Mulberry Grove, IL; a son, Michael (Amy) Carter of East Alton; 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; a sister, Linda (Joe) Chetta of Alton; and a brother, Michael Noel of Mississippi.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Frank Carter and Rick Bergmann; and a sister, Barbara Proffer.

Private graveside services will be held at Upper Alton Cemetery.
