Highland—Lora Jean Collins, 73, passed away at 8:35 a.m. Sunday, January 31, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in O'Fallon, IL.

Born July 31, 1947 in Alton, she was a daughter of Gilbert and Juanita D. (Meyer) Porter.

Lora worked for the Madison County Mental Health Center.

She is survived by a son, Ian Collins of Lafayette, LA; a sister, Joyce (John) Gray of Rosewood Heights, IL.
